Russian drone wounds family in Zaporizhzhia region
In the Polohy district of Zaporizhzhia region, a Russian drone attacked a car carrying a family, wounding four civilians. The injured were hospitalised and provided with all necessary medical care, according to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
The incident occurred in the Preobrazhenska community.
“In the Preobrazhenska community, the Russians attacked a passenger car carrying a family with an FPV drone,” Fedorov said.
As a result of the attack, the vehicle sustained significant damage. Two men aged 77 and 46, and two women aged 75 and 37, were injured. All received timely medical assistance, and their condition is reported to be stable.
The regional governor urged residents to remain vigilant, follow safety guidelines, and report any suspicious objects or drone activity.
“We are doing everything possible to minimise threats and to provide prompt assistance to the injured,” Fedorov added.
