After the Russian attack, authorities in the Kyiv region banned people from approaching the wreckage
Residents of the village of Mila and surrounding communities have been urged not to approach any suspicious objects or debris following the Russian strike and subsequent explosion.
Authorities emphasize that any debris found may be dangerous. It must not be touched, moved, or attempted to be defused on one’s own. If you discover any suspicious objects, move to a safe distance and notify emergency services. The attack claimed the lives of 38 people.
"Attention residents of the village of Mila and surrounding communities! If you discover a suspicious object or debris from downed targets: do not approach it under any circumstances; do not touch, move, or attempt to defuse it on your own; move to a safe distance; warn people nearby and immediately report the discovery to emergency services by calling 101 or 102,” the post states.
Additionally, in the event of a risk of explosions or secondary detonations, the military administration advises staying in a safe place, as far away as possible from windows and glass surfaces.
"If you are caught in an open area when danger strikes—immediately lie down on the ground in any natural depression (hole, trench), cover your head with your hands, and wait until the explosions stop," the Regional Military Administration noted.
“It is strictly prohibited to enter areas where debris has been reported to have fallen or where cleanup and emergency rescue operations are underway until an official announcement is made by the relevant services confirming the complete completion of the survey and demining,” the post states.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed a Russian sabotage group near Orikhiv.
Earlier, the Russians struck a mine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Russian strikes on the Kyiv region injured four people.
Earlier that day, on August 30, Russian troops attacked Kyiv with strike drones. Explosions were heard in the capital, and air defense forces engaged enemy targets.
