The fire at the oil depot in occupied Feodosia is still burning following an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces
In the temporarily occupied city of Feodosia, a fire continues to rage on the grounds of the JSC "Marine Oil Terminal," which broke out following a nighttime attack on April 8.
This is evidenced by satellite data from NASA’s FIRMS service, as well as images released by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty showing the sources of the fire.
Earlier reports indicated that fuel tanks caught fire as a result of the strike. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted that this facility is one of the key ones for the supply of fuel and lubricants by sea to occupied Crimea and the southern territories of Ukraine.

Videos filmed before the attack have also been released, showing the oil depot’s infrastructure, including fuel tanks and a nearby Pantsir air defense system.
According to open sources, this facility had previously been attacked—in October 2025, three employees were killed there.
On the night of April 8, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a series of strikes against Russian military targets. Oil depots, warehouses, and equipment positions were hit, particularly in occupied Crimea. This is part of a systematic effort to destroy enemy logistics.
Earlier, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi stated that the invaders’ current strategic goal is to seize additional territories to create a so-called “buffer zone” within the Dnipropetrovsk region.
