Missile Strike on the Outskirts of Odesa: Three Men Injured
The Russian Federation—the aggressor state—launched a missile strike on the outskirts of Odesa on August 4. Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported that Russian troops fired missiles at a crowded area near the market. Three men were injured in the attack.
The victims are 42, 45, and 81 years old. According to Kipper, doctors have preliminarily assessed their condition as moderate. Medical personnel are providing the men with the necessary care.

Additionally, according to the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, civilian infrastructure was damaged as a result of the missile attack. Emergency services are on the scene. Earlier reports indicated that two people were injured due to a Russian strike on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region.
The local Telegram public channel “Odessa INFO” published photos and videos of smoke following the explosion and noted that the strike hit residential buildings. According to the local media outlet “Dumskaya,” public transportation in the affected area of Odesa has been temporarily restricted while the aftermath of the missile attack is being addressed.
