Russia attacked the Sumy region with drones and artillery; there are casualties
As a result of massive Russian strikes on the Sumy region, two civilians were killed and four others sustained injuries of varying severity. Over the past 24 hours, 17 local communities in the region came under enemy fire.
To carry out attacks on the border and rear areas of the region, the Russian army extensively used a wide range of weapons, including guided aerial bombs (KABs), strike drones, FPV drones, as well as artillery systems and mortars. The most severe consequences of the enemy strikes were recorded in the following settlements:
Bilopil Community: A 64-year-old woman was killed and two men, aged 51 and 66, were wounded as a result of a Russian drone strike.
Seredyna-Budsk community: a direct hit by an enemy UAV on a residential building resulted in the death of a 57-year-old local resident.
Myropil Community: A Russian drone struck a bicycle ridden by a 69-year-old man, causing him to sustain injuries.
Sumy community: a 44-year-old man was injured in an attack by a strike drone.
Law enforcement officers promptly documented all damage to civilian infrastructure and residential buildings and collected the necessary physical evidence of yet another war crime committed by Russian military personnel. Investigators opened criminal cases under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of the Laws and Customs of War) for each instance of shelling.

On the morning of June 14, Russian occupiers attacked Mykolaiv’s transport and energy infrastructure with drones. Key facilities in the city’s transport and energy sectors came under attack from enemy “Shahed”-type drones.
Russian troops attacked three districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 20 times, using artillery, aerial bombs, and drones in their strikes. In the Synelnykivskyi district, the Vasylkivska and Slovianska communities came under fire, where a fire broke out on the grounds of a farm, and private homes, apartment buildings, and administrative buildings were damaged.
Russian troops launched a targeted strike on a farm in the Sumy region. As a result of the attack, five employees of the enterprise were injured. Some farm animals were also killed, and several others were injured.
As a reminder, over fifty attacks by Russian troops were recorded in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the past 24 hours, with drones and artillery targeting several districts of the region. One person was killed and three others were injured as a result of the shelling.
