Russia strikes Kharkiv region with drones, six injured
Six people, including a 17-year-old girl, were injured and another six suffered acute stress reactions following Russian drone strikes on Novopokrovka and Kamiiana Yaruga in the Chuhuiv district during the night of 5 March.
This was reported by the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office press service.
According to prosecutors, at around 23:00 on 4 March, a Russian drone struck the ground near an apartment building in Novopokrovka. Two men, a woman and a 17-year-old girl were injured. Another four women and one man suffered severe shock.
The blast wave shattered windows in residential buildings and damaged nine cars.



In Kamiiana Yaruga, a Russian drone struck an outbuilding. According to law enforcement officials, a 48-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man were injured. Another woman, aged 62, suffered an acute stress reaction.
The strike also damaged houses and vehicles.
According to preliminary data, Russian forces used “Geran-2” type drones to carry out the strikes on the settlements in the Chuhuiv district.
