Russia shelled the railway in Kovel — locomotive and freight car damaged
On the night of December 26, Russian forces struck the railway station in Kovel. The attack damaged a locomotive and a freight car.
This was reported on Telegram by Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for Reconstruction — Minister for Communities and Territories Development, Oleksiy Kuleba.
“As a result of the drone attack, the Lviv Railway at Kovel station was damaged,” Kuleba said.
According to him, a locomotive and a freight car were damaged, and the explosion shattered the windows of the locomotive depot workshop.

Russia shelled the ports of Odesa region throughout the night — grain elevators and foreign ships were damaged.
The day before, a Russian attack once again cut off power in Mykolaiv; resilience points are being opened in the city.
Russia also struck Mykolaiv with “Shahed” drones, leaving three people injured — in serious condition.
