Russia struck Zaporizhzhia 629 times in the past 24 hours; one person was killed
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 629 attacks on 45 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. A 59-year-old man was killed in an attack on the Zaporizhzhia district.

“Russian forces carried out 30 airstrikes on Komyshuvakha, Zarichne, Yasna Polyana, Krynychne, Yulivka, Tavriiske, Lystivka, Orikhiv, Huliaipil, Novoselivka, Preobrazhenka, Vozdvyzhivka, Lisne, Samiilivka, Rizdvyanka, Rivne, Omelnyk, Shyroke, and Dolynka. 386 UAVs of various types attacked Zaporizhzhia, Novomykolaivka, Kushuhum, Stepne, Novotavriiske, Stepove, Novooleksandrivka, Stepnogorsk, Primorske, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohirya, Huliaipilske, Hirke, Zelenе, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Staroukrainka, and Olenokostyantynivka. Five MLRS attacks were recorded on Zaliznychne, Charivne, and Staroukrainka. 208 artillery strikes hit Stepnogorsk, Stepove, Primorske, Orikhiv, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Malyi Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohirya, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Hirky, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, and Olenokostiantynivka,” he noted.
According to the regional governor, at least 50 reports of damage to residential buildings and infrastructure were received over the past 24 hours.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, three civilians were injured as a result of shelling on April 26.
