Russia attacked Zaporizhzhia with drones this morning, and fires broke out in the city
This morning, Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia with strike drones. The attack caused fires in various parts of the city and resulted in damage to civilian infrastructure.
According to Fedorov, a private home was destroyed as a result of the Russian strike.
“Fires are burning in various parts of the city—the enemy is attacking Zaporizhzhia. A private home has been destroyed. Russian drones struck a parking lot and non-residential buildings,” Fedorov wrote.
Enemy drones also struck a parking lot and non-residential buildings. Fires broke out at the impact sites; the consequences of the attack are currently being assessed.
As of the time of this report, there have been no reports of casualties.
Rescue and emergency services continue to work at the sites of the strikes and are dealing with the aftermath of the Russian attack.
