Russia has lost another 1,130 troops and 45 artillery systems in the war against Ukraine
As of April 10, 2026, the total combat losses of Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine have reached approximately 1,308,670 personnel. Over the past 24 hours, another 1,130 invaders were eliminated.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
According to updated data, the Russian army has lost:
- tanks — 11,848 (+1 over the past day);
- armored combat vehicles — 24,375 (+5);
- artillery systems — 39,734 (+45);
- multiple launch rocket systems — 1,724 (+0);
- air defense systems — 1,341 (+0);
- aircraft — 435 (+0);
- helicopters — 350 (+0);
- tactical-level UAVs — 229,771 (+2,232);
- cruise missiles — 4,517 (+0);
- ships and boats — 33 (+0);
- submarines — 2 (+0);
- Vehicles and tankers — 88,515 (+183);
- special equipment — 4,119 (+0).
Ukrainian forces continue to inflict significant losses on the enemy in both personnel and equipment.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops have attacked Ukrainian defenders’ positions 134 times. The highest level of activity was recorded in the Kostyantynivka and Pokrovsk directions. Ukrainian forces repelled most of the assaults and inflicted significant losses on the occupiers.
As a reminder, Ukraine has become a drone superpower, and the Russians are currently unable to counter this. Thanks to mass production and the latest UAV technologies, Ukrainian forces are gaining significant advantages on the front lines and in the Black Sea.
Strikes on Ust-Luga and Primorsk cost the Kremlin over $1 billion in oil export revenue in just one week. Oil shipments through the Baltic Sea have fallen to their lowest level since the start of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
