Russia carries out airstrike on residential buildings in Kostiantynivka, three apartment blocks destroyed
Russian forces dropped three guided FAB-250 aerial bombs on three apartment buildings in the city of Kostiantynivka.
This was reported on Facebook by Serhii Horbunov, head of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration.
“As a result of yet another airstrike by the occupiers on the city’s residential areas, three apartment buildings that housed hundreds of people have been reduced to rubble… This time, Russian aviation used three guided FAB-250 bombs. Fortunately, according to preliminary information, no casualties have been reported, but the scale of the destruction is horrifying,” Horbunov wrote.
The city official emphasized that FAB-250 bombs are extremely powerful weapons designed to destroy fortifications, yet the enemy uses them against residential high-rises.

“What the Russians call ‘military targets’ are actually our living rooms, children’s rooms, and cozy yards. Every hit from a guided aerial bomb is an attempt to destroy not only the city but also our spirit,” Horbunov stressed.
He urged residents not to wait for the next strike and to evacuate, as this is the only way to protect themselves and their loved ones.
For context, over the past day, occupying forces carried out massive attacks on residential areas and infrastructure in Kherson region. Russian drones also launched large-scale attacks on civilian infrastructure in Sumy, and the occupiers targeted two districts of Dnipropetrovsk region with artillery and drones.
