Russia launched about 140 drones at Ukraine this morning — Air Force
Russian troops have continued their massive attack on Ukraine since the morning of August 27. Starting at 7:00 a.m., the occupiers launched approximately 140 attack drones, more than 100 of which were jet-powered.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force, Kyiv was the main target of the attack. Preliminary data indicates that Ukrainian air defenses shot down or neutralized approximately 120 enemy drones throughout the day.
As of 7:00 p.m., more than 10 Russian jet-powered drones were still in Ukrainian airspace, so the attack was ongoing.
Ukrainians were urged not to ignore air raid sirens and to remain in safe locations.

Earlier, Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on a facility in Kryvyi Rih.
As a reminder, Russia attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles.
Prior to that, Russia had attacked warehouses and energy infrastructure in the Odesa region.
