Russia launched a drone attack on Kryvyi Rih; there is one casualty

Today, May 21, Russian occupation forces attacked Kryvyi Rih with “Shahed”-type attack drones. The strike damaged an industrial facility, and one person was injured.

This was reported by Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, on Telegram.

Russian drones struck one of the city’s industrial facilities. The attack resulted in the destruction and damage of production infrastructure.

A man born in 1973 was injured in the strike. According to preliminary information, his condition is not serious, and the injured man is receiving the necessary medical care.

Cleanup efforts are underway at the site of the strike. Emergency and specialized services are working to restore the area and assess the damage.

Kryvyi Rih and the Dnipropetrovsk region in general are regularly subjected to strikes by Russian missiles and kamikaze drones targeting industrial and infrastructure facilities.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops attacked 15 settlements in the Kharkiv region, resulting in at least eight casualties. 

On the night of May 21, Russian occupiers attacked Dnipro, resulting in damage to a five-story residential building in the city.

On May 20, Russian troops launched a drone strike on an industrial facility in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
