Russia attacked the Odesa region: a house was destroyed, and an 84-year-old man was wounded
Russian forces have once again attacked the Odesa region. As a result of the strike, one private residential building was destroyed, and six other homes were damaged. An 84-year-old man was injured.
According to Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, outbuildings also caught fire, and a blaze broke out on the grounds of a defunct enterprise. Rescue workers quickly extinguished all the fires.
Emergency services are on the scene. The injured man is receiving the necessary medical care, and specialists are continuing to address the aftermath of the Russian attack.

As a reminder, Russian drones attacked the Chernihiv region, damaging a gas station and a resort.
Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv on the afternoon of July 24, although such attacks usually occur at night. An expert believes this could have been an attempt to wear down Ukraine’s air defense, a show of force, or the result of a technical delay in the missile launch.
