Russian drones attacked Parutyne in the Mykolaiv region; there are casualties

In the village of Parutyne, Kutsurub Community, Mykolaiv Oblast, two men were wounded on June 20 as a result of an attack by Russian UAVs. The victims were taken to a medical facility; the circumstances and consequences of the strike are being investigated.

“As a result of a Russian attack—presumably by a ‘Molniya’-type UAV—in the village of Parutyne, two men, aged 40 and 45, were wounded. One of them has been hospitalized,” wrote Vitaliy Kim, head of the local military administration.

He noted that a bakery and three cars were damaged as a result of the enemy attack.

On the night of June 20, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out strikes on a number of Russian military facilities. Among the targets was a bridge near Henichesk, which the occupiers use to transport equipment and resupply their troops between occupied Crimea and the southern front.

In Taganrog, Russia, a power substation that supplied electricity to the “Atlant-Aero” defense enterprise was damaged. As a result, production lines involved in the manufacture of drones were disrupted.

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, fires broke out at a number of energy and infrastructure facilities following a nighttime attack. In particular, there are reports of fires at the Tavriya Thermal Power Plant and gas facilities in various regions of the peninsula.
