Russian drones attacked a Nova Poshta branch in the Vinnytsia region
During the Russian drone attack on the Vinnytsia region on July 31, strikes on civilian infrastructure were recorded. In Haisyn, a “Nova Poshta” branch was damaged as a result of the strike, and eight people were injured. Emergency services are on the scene, and efforts are underway to address the aftermath of the attack.
This was reported by Natalia Zabolotna, head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
The Vinnytsia region came under enemy air attack. According to preliminary information, civilian infrastructure was hit, and one person was injured. Zabolotna later clarified that the strike targeted a Nova Poshta branch in the Vinnytsia region.
As of that time, five people were known to have been injured: a 19-year-old man sustained moderate injuries, and four others suffered minor injuries. Later, the number of injured rose to eight. Three people are in intensive care, one of whom is in serious condition. Five others sustained minor injuries.
According to Zabolotna, enemy drones struck an industrial zone in Haisyn, where Nova Poshta branches and other civilian enterprises are located. Rescue workers, medical personnel, police, and other emergency services are working at the scene. A total of 74 specialists and 22 pieces of equipment have been deployed to address the aftermath.

As a reminder, on the night of July 29, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out strikes on a number of military and infrastructure targets on the territory of Russia and in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Among the targets struck were the Ryazan oil refinery, a base for Russian Black Sea Fleet vessels, a radar station, and military logistics facilities.
SBU drones struck the Lukoil oil refinery in Perm, more than 1,500 km from Ukraine.
On July 29, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced new results of strikes against Russian facilities used to support and prolong the war against Ukraine.
