Russian “Shaheds” attacked Volyn: critical infrastructure hit, thousands without power

Throughout the day, multiple air raid alerts were announced in Volyn due to attacks by Russian kamikaze drones. The enemy Shaheds again attempted to strike critical infrastructure in the region.
This was reported by Ivan Rudnytskyi, head of the Volyn Regional Military Administration.

“It was a tense day. Since the morning, air raid alerts were announced twice in the Kamin-Kashyrskyi and Kovel districts, and once in Lutsk,” the statement reads.
According to Rudnytskyi, Russian kamikaze drones targeted critical infrastructure in Volyn again.

There were no casualties or injuries. However, about 8,000 subscribers remain without electricity. Restoration work is ongoing.

On December 26, Russian forces struck Zaporizhzhia, killing one person and injuring three.

On the same day, Russian forces fired a missile at Uman in Cherkasy region. Photos of the aftermath showed the scale of destruction.
