A Russian drone struck a car carrying foreign journalists in Sloviansk

On September 24, a Russian drone attacked a vehicle carrying foreign journalists in Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast. The strike destroyed the journalists’ equipment.

It is noted that the car contained the journalists’ personal belongings and equipment, including those of Swedish writer Mustafa Jan and his Spanish colleague, photographer Diego Herrera.

“The journalists themselves were inside a nearby building at the time of the strike, so fortunately, they were not injured. But all their cameras, laptops, and protective gear were burned,” the report states.

Thus, while the journalists were unharmed, they lost their cameras, laptops, and protective gear as a result of the Russian strike.

Ukrainian producer for foreign media, Volodymyr Kurinnyi, reported the attack.

The number of people injured in Russia’s morning attack on Kyiv has risen to 20. Among them is a 9-year-old child.

Russian troops have been attacking Kyiv and the Kyiv region for the fifth consecutive day, striking civilian targets, including residential buildings. As of 1:00 p.m. on September 25, a 14-year-old boy was killed and nine other people were injured as a result of the morning attack in the capital.

Earlier, it was reported that a drone struck a five-story building in Kyiv’s Shevchenkivskyi district.
