Russian shelling caused disruptions in the YouControl system
Following the Russian attack on Kyiv, the YouControl system experienced temporary restrictions on data access. The company is working to minimize the impact of this situation on users and to restore full access to information as quickly as possible.
“Please be advised that on September 23, 2026, as a result of a hostile attack on data centers that provided YouControl with access to information from certain public sources, certain data in the YouControl system is temporarily not being updated, specifically from the Unified State Register (USR), the State Register of Real Estate (SRRE), the State Register of Legal Entities (SRLE), and the State Agency for Public Procurement (SAPP)/State Register of Bidders (SRB),” the statement reads.
YouControl is a Ukrainian online analytics system that, in a matter of minutes, generates a complete profile for every company and individual entrepreneur (FOP) in Ukraine based on open data.
YouControl emphasizes: “We are working to minimize the impact of this situation on our users’ experience and restore full access to data as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!”

Internet disruptions occurred in Kyiv following a Russian attack on a data center.
100,000 households in Kyiv and the surrounding region were left without stable internet access due to the Russian attack, according to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
Since the evening of September 22, Russian troops have attacked two districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 10 times. The occupiers used drones and dropped aerial bombs; one person was injured as a result of the attacks.
We should add that drones attacked the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions overnight.
