Russia struck Odesa overnight, damaging a medical facility and residential buildings

On the night of September 24, Russian troops attacked Odesa. The strike damaged the roof and part of the top floor of a medical facility, and shattered windows in 10 nearby residential buildings and a school.

According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties.

City workers have been on the scene since early this morning—the street has now been cleared, and window openings in the residential area have been sealed.

Residents are being advised on-site regarding compensation for damaged property under the state program “eRecovery” and the city program “Unbreakable Odesa.” Specialists are assisting with the necessary paperwork and explaining the next steps.
