Ukrainian defense forces repelled 149 attacks and struck an enemy command post
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders have demonstrated extraordinary resilience, repelling a massive enemy offensive across the entire front line.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A total of 149 combat engagements were recorded, during which the Air Force, Rocket Forces, and Artillery of the Armed Forces delivered precision strikes on the invaders’ strategic targets.
As a result of these successful operations, a Russian command post and four areas where troops and equipment were concentrated were struck.
In addition, Ukrainian troops managed to destroy an important logistics hub, which will significantly undermine the enemy’s ability to supply its frontline units.
The aggressor continues to employ tactics of massive strikes, carrying out 91 airstrikes and dropping 275 guided bombs over the past 24 hours.
Furthermore, the occupiers deployed a record number of drones—9,678 kamikaze drones were recorded targeting our troops’ positions and civilian infrastructure.
The Kostyantynivka sector remains the hottest spot, where Ukrainian soldiers repelled 29 attacks near the towns of Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, and Stepanivka.
The situation is no less tense in the Pokrovsk direction, where our defenders halted 26 assault operations by the aggressor, particularly in the areas of Myrnohrad and Pokrovsk.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attempted nine times to break through the defenses near Kurylivka and Kivsharivka, but was unsuccessful.
In the Lyman and Sloviansk sectors, Ukrainian units also confidently repelled the enemy’s attempts to advance, inflicting significant casualties on them.
The southern sections of the front also remain a zone of active combat operations.
In the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers launched 11 attacks, while in the Dnipro sector, Ukrainian forces repelled six enemy attempts to advance near Bilohrudy Island and the strategically important Antonivsky Bridge.
