Ukrainian defense forces have eliminated more than a thousand invaders and a record number of military vehicles in the past 24 hours
Ukrainian defenders continue to effectively neutralize enemy capabilities, having eliminated 1,180 Russian invaders over the past 24 hours.
Particular attention is drawn to the enemy’s massive losses in the logistics sector, where over two hundred vehicles were destroyed.
According to official data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of the morning of April 5, 2026, the total combat losses of Russian army personnel since the start of the full-scale invasion have reached approximately 1,303,550 personnel.
The trend in losses indicates intense combat operations in key sectors of the front.
In addition to manpower, the enemy continues to lose heavy weaponry. Over the past 24 hours, Defense Forces units have destroyed 4 tanks, bringing the total number of destroyed armored vehicles to 11,839.
Six armored combat vehicles and 61 artillery systems were also destroyed.
The most striking figures for the day were the destruction of 206 vehicles and tankers.
The situation in the air also remains under the control of Ukrainian forces. Over the past 24 hours, 2,427 tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles were neutralized.
