Synyegubov denied reports that all gas stations along the Kharkiv–Poltava highway had been destroyed
Oleg Sinyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, stated that reports claiming the complete destruction of all gas stations along the Kharkiv–Poltava highway are untrue.
According to him, widespread reports claiming there are no operational gas stations along this route are false. Some gas stations continue to operate and serve drivers.
“Reports by some media outlets claiming that there are no functioning gas stations left on the highway from Kharkiv to Poltava are not true. There is no fuel shortage in the region,” Synyegubov wrote on his Telegram channel.
Earlier, several local media outlets, citing Oleksandr Skoryk, a member of the Kharkiv Regional Council, reported that all gas stations on the highway from Kharkiv to Poltava had been destroyed.
As a reminder, Russian drones attacked the Chernihiv region and damaged a gas station and a resort.
The WOG gas station chain in Kyiv and the Kyiv region will temporarily suspend nighttime operations due to the increased risk of enemy shelling.
