The SSO, in collaboration with the Black Spark movement, struck the Palkino oil pumping station in Russia
Fighters from the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in coordination with Russian underground fighters from the "Black Spark" insurgent movement, carried out a successful special operation, striking the (PPS) “Palkino” in the Yaroslavl region of the Russian Federation.
Thanks to precise coordination between Ukrainian special forces operators and representatives of the Russian domestic underground, it was possible to accurately strike key technological elements of the occupiers’ oil transportation infrastructure.
The Special Operations Forces emphasized that the Palkino OSP performs a critically important function within the structure of the “Surgut–Polotsk” main oil pipeline. This station ensures the uninterrupted transport of crude oil from Western Siberia for further transfer to major Russian oil refineries and export terminals. In particular, the station is one of the key elements in the oil supply chain for export via the Primorsk seaport in the Leningrad region.
This successful attack marks the second joint operation between Ukrainian special forces and the “Black Spark” movement in the past week. The previous sabotage operation took place on June 12, 2026, when the large Taneco oil refinery, located in Nizhnekamsk (Republic of Tatarstan), came under attack. Against the backdrop of the occupying army’s lack of significant success on the front lines, Ukrainian defenders continue to systematically and methodically destroy the enemy’s logistical and economic infrastructure, which provides the resources and funding for the war against Ukraine.
This was reported by the press service of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Soldiers from the “Alpha” Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine carried out a successful strike using drones against the “Temp” oil depot of Rosrezerv, located in the city of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl Oblast, Russian Federation.
On the night of June 14, unmanned aerial vehicles attacked several targets on Russian territory, one of which was the oil depot in Rybinsk. The oil facility is located directly adjacent to the Yaroslavl Oil Refinery.
On the night of June 14, unmanned aerial vehicles struck several regions of the Russian Federation, resulting in damage to a large chemical plant and railway facilities. In particular, the city of Novomoskovsk in the Tula region came under attack, where a fire broke out at the Novomoskovsk Azot chemical plant following a series of explosions.
