Three people killed in shelling of café in Kherson
Russian occupiers attacked a café in Kherson, killing three people and injuring several others.
According to the regional prosecutor’s office, the attack occurred at around 12:20, when Russian forces shelled the café building with artillery.
Preliminary reports indicate that three people were killed at the scene, while three others sustained injuries of varying severity. Efforts are ongoing to identify any additional victims.
Kherson Regional Military Administration head Viacheslav Prokudin added that medics attempted to save the lives of the wounded, but some of the injuries proved fatal.
Due to repeated and targeted shelling by Russian forces, the Kherson Thermal Power Plant is no longer able to operate under normal conditions.
Elsewhere in the Kherson region, Russian shelling killed one person and injured six others.
