The death toll in Dnipro from the Russian Federation’s massive strike has risen to 12 – video

Twelve people, including two children, were killed as a result of a massive nighttime shelling of Dnipro. The city’s residential areas sustained the most damage, where rescue teams are working around the clock to clear the rubble of a damaged apartment building, under which people may still be trapped. 

Rescue workers, medical personnel, utility workers, and law enforcement officers are actively working at all impact sites.

Mobile reception points have been set up at the sites to assist affected residents. As of 2:00 p.m., police had already received 146 reports from residents regarding damage to or complete destruction of property due to the enemy attack. Police officers are maintaining public order, accepting reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and other property, and documenting the consequences of yet another Russian war crime against the civilian population for further investigation.

During today’s massive shelling, the Russian Federation fired eight “Zircon”-type hypersonic missiles at Ukrainian territory. 

A thermal power plant employee was killed during the attack in Dnipro.

Russia attacked Kharkiv and the surrounding region overnight; there are casualties.
