A fire was extinguished in Kyiv's Holosiivskyi District following a second attack by Russia
On the evening of August 20, Russian troops attacked Kyiv for the third time in 24 hours. In the Holosiivskyi district, a warehouse caught fire as a result of the shelling.
According to the State Emergency Service, the fire covered an area of 400 square meters. Firefighters fully extinguished the blaze at 12:07 a.m. on August 21.
One person was injured as a result of the Russian attack.
According to the State Emergency Service, a total of 16 people were killed, 42 were injured, and 12 others were rescued as a result of Russian strikes on Kyiv since the night of August 20.
Rescue workers continue to work on the ground and address the aftermath of the Russian attacks on the capital.
