The Kremlin has outlined the conditions for ending the war and guarantees for Russia
Russia has stated that ending the war against Ukraine is impossible without providing “security guarantees” to the Russian side. At the same time, Moscow has criticized the European Union for, in their words, focusing primarily on guarantees for Ukraine.
This was stated by Sergey Lavrov, the foreign minister of the aggressor state, whose remarks were cited by Russian propagandists.
At the same time, Putin’s ally expressed outrage that the European Union “is talking only about such guarantees for Ukraine.”
“Now that the prospect of a political and diplomatic settlement has emerged on the horizon, the European Union, seeking a seat at the negotiating table, has begun speaking of the need to provide firm security guarantees to Ukraine as a key element of a peaceful solution. I will omit the fact that no one in the European Union has said a word about security guarantees for Russia, without which the conflict cannot be resolved,” Lavrov said.
In his statement, the Russian Foreign Minister used the traditional set of Kremlin propaganda narratives regarding Ukraine, lamenting the “destruction of everything Russian,” the “situation of the Russian minority,” and, of course, the “supremacy of Nazi ideology.”
Russia is building a new base for launching “Shaheds” less than 200 km from Ukraine.
Prior to this, agents of the “ATESH” partisan movement carried out two simultaneous sabotage operations on the railway section between Stary Oskol and Urazov in the Kharkiv region.
In addition, agents of the “ATESH” underground movement carried out a successful sabotage operation on a strategically important railway section connecting Bryansk with the Sumy region.
As a reminder, "ATESH" partisans destroyed a Russian electric locomotive in Bryansk.
"ATESH" also identified a Russian camp in Mirny.
