In Kropyvnytskyi, authorities exposed a woman who was registering Starlink terminals for Russian citizens.

Local media outlet Format reported that the woman took orders from an unknown person via Telegram.

On 18 February, she went to the Transparent Office (TsNAP) to register a terminal and was caught by law enforcement. Her mobile phone was seized, revealing correspondence with the unknown individual.

A criminal case has been opened under the article on treason, which carries a penalty of up to 15 years in prison or life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine, along with counterintelligence and cyber specialists, neutralized an agent group in Odesa region that was helping the occupiers legalize Starlink satellite terminals.

On the Prydniprovskyi front, Russian forces are reportedly trying to gain internet access by buying or confiscating SIM cards from Ukrainian mobile operators.
