In Lviv, the cleanup of debris following a Russian missile strike is ongoing; 13 people have been rescued
In Lviv, cleanup efforts continue following the Russian attack carried out by Russian forces on the night of July 30. Rescue workers are working around the clock at the site of the strike, clearing the rubble of a destroyed five-story residential building.
So far, emergency responders have removed over 500 metric tons of damaged structural elements and hauled away more than 100 metric tons of construction debris.
Following the strike, rescue workers managed to save 13 people, including one child.
At the same time, one person was killed as a result of the Russian attack.
According to updated reports, more than 30 people were injured, including three children.
Emergency rescue operations at the site of the strike are ongoing.

As a reminder, on the night of July 30, Russian troops carried out one of the largest combined attacks on Ukraine, using more than 70 missiles and over 280 attack drones. Kyiv and the surrounding region, as well as the Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Poltava, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, came under fire.
In Poland, during the massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine on the night of July 30, an air raid alert was issued in part of the Lublin Voivodeship. After the alert ended, a crater approximately 10 meters in diameter and debris from an unidentified object were discovered in a field near the villages of Tarnava-Kolonia and Tokary.
