Workshops and a workshop in Volodymyr have been put up for privatization
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an auction for the small-scale privatization of real estate in the city of Volodymyr, Volyn Oblast.
A complex of buildings owned by the enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” is being offered for sale. The starting price of the lot is over UAH 6.3 million.
The property consists of four buildings with a total area of over 1,200 square meters: a coniferous extract workshop, a cafeteria, a repair and mechanical workshop, and a wood chip workshop. All buildings were constructed in the 1970s and require renovation.
The complex is located at 1 Soniachna Street. However, the 6.89-hectare land plot remains state-owned and is not included in the terms of sale.
The auction will take place as part of the small-scale privatization program. The future owner will be able to use the land in accordance with current legislation.
We previously reported that the Verkhovna Rada supported draft law No. 13256 on amendments to the Budget Code for the implementation of the Mineral Resources Agreement with the United States.
The mineral agreement signed with Ukraine is a full-fledged economic partnership that will give President Donald Trump leverage in negotiations with Russia, said U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
