A state of emergency has been declared in occupied Alushta
On July 25, a state of emergency was declared in occupied Alushta, Crimea, due to a prolonged power outage following attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the local operational headquarters on Telegram.
According to the occupying authorities, “Krymenergo” provided a list of customers who have been without power for more than 48 hours. The villages of Soniachnohirsk, Malorichenske, Rybache, General’ske, and Lisne are exceptions.
Starting July 27, residents who have been without power for an extended period will be able to apply for compensation through the Russian “Derzhposlugi” service.
At the same time, the difficult situation with electricity supply persists in other areas of occupied Crimea, particularly in the northwest, east, and south of the peninsula.
In addition, the company “Voda Krymu” reported problems with water supply in the western and southeastern regions. In particular, Yevpatoria, Sudak, Feodosia, and nearby settlements have been left without water.
As a reminder, drones from the Unmanned Systems Forces have struck 19 more power substations in occupied Crimea and the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk Oblast over the past two days.
On the night of July 23, according to social media reports, power substations in Gaspra and near Feodosia were attacked in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
Power outages and a decline in tourism have caused electricity consumption in occupied Crimea to plummet.
