In Udmurtia, drones likely attacked a strategic Rosrezerv facility where large reserves of fuel for government needs are stored. Russian authorities reported the largest drone attack on the region in recent times, but have not officially confirmed which specific facilities were targeted.

On Monday, July 27, 2026, the Rosrezerv “Prioritet” plant, a Federal State Property Management Agency (FDKU) facility, was likely attacked in Udmurtia. This is a closed-type strategic facility formerly known as “Horizont.” It is located in the village of Borok in the Kambarsky District of Udmurtia and is under paramilitary guard.

Meanwhile, the Russian publication *Kommersant* reported that staff at the Wildberries warehouse in Sarapul had to be evacuated due to a drone attack. According to preliminary data, the warehouse itself was not damaged. The head of Udmurtia, Alexander Brechalov, stated that air defense forces repelled “the most massive drone attack in recent times” on facilities in the republic. “Air defense forces are repelling the most massive drone attack in recent times on facilities in the republic,” Brechalov said.

However, he did not specify which facilities were targeted. According to the Russian official, there is currently no information on casualties. There is also no official confirmation that the “Prioritet” plant was hit. The conclusion about a possible attack was reached by OSINT researchers based on an analysis of open sources. This was reported by OSINT analysts at ASTRA, who analyzed publicly available data following the attack.

As a reminder, Russian drones attacked the Chernihiv region and damaged a gas station and a resort.

The WOG gas station chain in Kyiv and the Kyiv region will temporarily suspend nighttime operations due to the increased risk of enemy shelling.
