Video: A drone struck a Wildberries warehouse in the Moscow Region

On August 18, a drone struck a Wildberries warehouse in the Bogorodsky Urban District in the Moscow Region, causing a fire at the facility. Russian authorities reported a large-scale drone attack on the Moscow Region, where, according to their data, more than 150 drones were shot down.

 

“In Bogorodskoye, two private homes in the ‘Albatros’ gardeners’ association were damaged; a fire broke out in a guest house in Noginsk; and, in addition, a drone struck a Wildberries warehouse in the ‘Atlant-Park’ area—the fire has been contained,” said Andrei Vorobyov, the region’s governor. 

The official added that there were reportedly no casualties.

According to Vorobyov, the most serious consequences were recorded in the Pavlovo-Posadsky District. “In the village of Kuznetsy, a private home burned down completely; in Pavlovsky Posad, a fire broke out on the roof of an apartment building, and residents were evacuated—no one was injured; and another fire broke out in a building on 1 May Street,” he said.

As a reminder, air defense systems were activated in the Kyiv region due to a Russian attack.

Earlier, Ukraine codified the long-range "Dovbush T40" UAV.

As a reminder, the Russian oil refinery “Orsknefteorgsintez” halted oil processing following an attack by Ukrainian drones on August 11.

Earlier, the General Staff confirmed a strike on the TANECO oil refinery in Tatarstan.
