Russian troops struck Dnipro, causing a fire to break out in a shopping center.
Mykola Lukashuk, chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy attacked Dnipro. They struck a shopping center. A fire broke out. Russia is following its usual tactics—targeting businesses and enterprises,” Lukashuk said.
As of 6:30 p.m., there are reports of two people injured as a result of the strike, according to Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration.
Mayor Boris Filatov reported that buildings near the shopping center have sustained damage.
“The Russian monsters struck an ordinary shopping center on the long-suffering Peremoha Street. Windows were also shattered in several nearby buildings. We are assessing the rest of the damage. Medical staff at city hospitals are on standby,” Filatov said.
