Video: Russia again speaks of Ukraine’s capitulation
Another controversial statement regarding a possible end to the war against Ukraine has been made in Russia. Moscow is insisting not on negotiations, but on the complete capitulation of the Ukrainian state.

Russia’s ambassador to the United Kingdom, Andrey Kelin, stated that, in his view, there should be no agreements and that the discussion should focus exclusively on Ukraine’s capitulation.
Meanwhile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is not engaged in direct dialogue with the Russian side, but that the United States is effectively representing Ukraine’s interests.
