Video: Ukrainian MiG-29 shoots down Russian Geran-3 jet drone
A video has been posted online showing a Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet destroying a Russian "Geran-3" jet-powered strike and reconnaissance drone. The footage shows the moment the aerial target was hit and the enemy drone crashed.
According to the video description, the Russian drone was detected and destroyed by the pilot of a MiG-29 fighter jet of the Ukrainian Air Force.
“A Ukrainian Air Force MiG-29 fighter jet destroys the ‘Geran-3’ jet-powered strike and reconnaissance UAV,” reads the caption accompanying the published video.
Information about the area where the drone was destroyed, as well as the date the footage was recorded, has not yet been released.

As a reminder, Ukrainian intelligence struck the “Belbek” airfield in the temporarily occupied Crimea, resulting in the destruction of a Russian MiG-29 fighter jet.
During another massive Russian attack on Ukraine, soldiers of the 413th Unmanned Systems Regiment “Raid” detected and destroyed an S-400 anti-aircraft missile system launcher in the Bryansk region, which the Russians had been using to launch ballistic missiles at Kyiv.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated another 1,200 invaders and destroyed more than 2,000 drones.
