Video: Woman killed in Russian shelling of Zaporizhzhia
A woman was killed and three others were injured as a result of Russian occupiers shelling Zaporizhzhia, the head of the Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, reported on his Telegram page.
In the night of 16 March, Russian forces attacked a private residential area in one of the city’s neighborhoods. Rescuers pulled a 15-year-old girl and a disabled woman from the rubble. Both are under medical supervision.
Fedorov also showed the consequences of the destruction, noting that people may still be trapped under the debris.
It is recalled that late on 15 March, Russian occupiers launched another strike on Zaporizhzhia’s civilian infrastructure, targeting residential neighborhoods.
Russian forces also attacked four branches of Ukrposhta, injuring employees, and struck a fuel tanker in Zaporizhzhia, resulting in one death and one injury.
