Video: Ukrainian Armed Forces Attacked a Key Oil Depot Near Moscow
On the morning of July 18, residents of the Moscow Region reported a fire and explosions. OSINT analysts determined that an oil depot in Noginsk, Moscow Region, was on fire after Ukrainian drones flew into the area. Smoke from the burning facilities in the Moscow Region is visible from a distance of 50 km.
The “Noginskaya” oil depot is positioned in the market as an independent operator in the fuel sector. It is used for the storage, transshipment, loading, and shipment of light petroleum products (gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene).
The oil depot has 24 storage tanks, with a total storage capacity of 11,500 cubic meters.
The oil depot serves as a key infrastructure partner for a whole pool of traders and fuel groups in the Moscow region. Prior to the arrival of the Noginskaya oil depot’s capacity, its facilities were actively used in the commercial and logistics chains of major fuel suppliers, who lease tanks to store and ship their product lines.

As a reminder, on the night of July 18, Ukrainian UAVs attacked the Russian Wildberries logistics center in Elektrostal, near Moscow, and in the Tomsk region.
In Crimea, Ukrainian drones set fire to two substations and the Gvardeyskoye airfield.
