The enemy attacked the Chernihiv region with drones, causing damage to civilian facilities

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out a drone attack on the Chernihiv region. Businesses, residential buildings, and gas stations were hit and sustained damage.

Enemy drones were once again directed at the region’s civilian infrastructure, causing destruction at several sites. Relevant agencies are currently assessing the consequences of the attack.

“Yesterday morning, in a village in the Koryukivka community, an enemy ‘Lancet’ drone struck a vegetable storage facility. The fire there was extinguished. In the evening, a tractor was damaged in the same village by a ‘Molniya’ strike. During the day, a ‘Lancet’ struck a house in a village in the Novobilouska community. The homes caught fire,” Chaus wrote.

According to him, an enemy “Molniya” UAV struck a private farm in the village of Novgorod in the Siverska community.

In the evening, in a village in the Menska community of the Koryukivka district, the Russians attacked an agricultural company with a “Geran” UAV.

In Chernihiv, monuments in a cemetery were damaged as a result of an attack by Russian drones.

In a village in the Vertiivka community of the Nizhyn district, the occupiers struck a farm with a “Gerbera” drone, setting a warehouse building on fire.

In Horodnya, a “Gerbera” strike caused a fire at a gas station overnight.

This was reported on Telegram by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration.

In the Chernihiv region, a family of entrepreneurs is working to save their village from disappearing.

As a reminder, the Mykolaiv region is short nearly half a thousand doctors, with the greatest shortages being in family doctors, anesthesiologists, and internists. The situation is worst in rural communities, where hospitals are operating with severe staff shortages, and authorities are trying to retain and attract specialists by offering housing and financial incentives.
