Enemy attacks Dnipropetrovsk region: casualties and destruction
On the night of December 15, Russian forces launched a massive attack on Dnipropetrovsk region, using Shahed drones and multiple rocket launch systems (MRLS).
This was reported by the acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko.
The attacked settlements included the Synelnykivskyi District, Pavlohrad, and Pyatykhatky, resulting in the wounding of two men. The attacks were accompanied by explosions, causing fires and significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
In particular, the Nikopol district also suffered strikes, with three people injured as a result of shelling. However, the air defense forces showed their effectiveness, downing 22 enemy drones in the region.
Separately, the aggressor shelled the Nikopol district using the Grad MLRS. The strike targeted the Marganets community. According to updated information, three people were wounded during the daytime shelling: a 19-year-old boy, a 51-year-old woman, and a 55-year-old man. All of them are receiving outpatient treatment.
Despite the intensity of the attack, the air defense forces demonstrated effective performance. According to the Air Force Command, 22 enemy drones were destroyed over Dnipropetrovsk region between the evening and morning hours.
