In one day, Russia lost 990 troops and 61 artillery systems in the war against Ukraine

The total combat losses of Russian forces from February 24, 2022, to March 11, 2026, in the war against Ukraine amount to approximately 1,275,980 personnel. In the past day, another 990 Russian troops were eliminated.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.

According to the published data, the Russian army also lost:

  • Tanks — 11,763 (+5)

  • Armored combat vehicles — 24,177 (+3)

  • Artillery systems — 38,263 (+61)

  • MLRS — 1,680 (+1)

  • Air defense systems — 1,328 (+0)

  • Aircraft — 435 (+0)

  • Helicopters — 349 (+0)

  • Operational-tactical UAVs — 170,966 (+2,157)

  • Cruise missiles — 4,403 (+0)

  • Ships and boats — 31 (+0)

  • Submarines — 2 (+0)

  • Automotive vehicles and fuel trucks — 82,791 (+281)

  • Special equipment — 4,088 (+1)

The General Staff noted that the data are being refined.

On March 10, 2026, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine carried out a successful Storm Shadow air-launched missile strike on a strategic facility of the Russian military-industrial complex — the “Kremniy El” microelectronics factory.

Earlier, it was reported that dozens of missiles struck Russian territory on the evening of March 10, causing large explosions and a fire at the “Kremniy El Group” microelectronics factory in Bryansk.

The governor of Bryansk Oblast, Aleksandr Bogomaz, confirmed smoke in the Sovetsky district of the city and reported casualties, although he did not officially mention damage to the factory itself.
