UA NEWS 14 April 2026 10:22
Ukrainian defenders repelled more than 120 enemy assaults

Over the past 24 hours, 125 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines, during which our defenders steadfastly held back the aggressor’s advance and resolutely repelled attempts to penetrate deeper into the country.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The overall intensity of hostilities remains extremely high due to the enemy’s massive use of aircraft and drones.

The enemy launched one missile strike and carried out 70 air raids, dropping 246 guided bombs on Ukrainian territory.

The activity of enemy drones posed a particular threat, with over 10,000 units deployed over the past 24 hours.

In addition, the occupiers carried out nearly 4,000 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and civilian settlements, actively using rocket artillery.

The invaders were most active in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka sectors. On the Pokrovsk sector of the front, Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled 21 assault operations in the areas of Myrnohrad, Pokrovsk, and surrounding villages.

In the Kostyantynivka sector, the enemy carried out 17 attacks, attempting to break through the defenses near Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, and other settlements.

Despite the pressure, the Defense Forces are in control of the situation and are inflicting significant losses on the invaders in terms of equipment and manpower.

The situation remains tense in the Lyman direction, where eight assault attempts were repelled. The enemy was also active in the Huliaipole direction, carrying out 11 attacks in the areas of Zaliznychne and Huliaipole itself.

In the south of the country, particularly in the Dnipro region, Ukrainian units halted three enemy attempts to advance near Bilohrudy Island and the Antonivsky Bridge.

Each such attack ended with the occupiers retreating under fire from our defenders, suffering casualties.
