Zelenskyy established a military administration near Sumy
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued a decree establishing the Stepanivka Settlement Military Administration in the Sumy District of the Sumy Region.
The head of state signed Decree No. 881/2026 on September 7. The document was published on the president’s official website.
Stepanivka and the Stepanivka community are located approximately 25 km from the front line, west of Sumy.
