The Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated another 970 invaders over the past 24 hours
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has released updated figures on the losses of Russian occupation forces as of the morning of March 31, 2026.
According to the official report, the total number of enemy personnel eliminated is steadily approaching the mark of one million three hundred thousand.
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders have neutralized another 970 Russian invaders. Thus, the aggressor’s total manpower losses since the start of the full-scale invasion amount to approximately 1,297,670 personnel.
These figures demonstrate the colossal price the Kremlin is paying for its attempts to occupy Ukrainian territories.
The rate of destruction of heavy weaponry also remains steady. Over the past 24 hours, the enemy’s arsenal was depleted by two tanks (11,826 in total) and seven armored combat vehicles (24,324 in total).
Despite statements by Russian military bloggers about attempts to ramp up production, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to methodically disable enemy equipment on key sectors of the front.
The past 24 hours proved particularly successful for Ukrainian artillery units and UAV operators. Defense forces destroyed 61 enemy artillery systems, bringing the total to 39,110 units.
One multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) and one air defense system were also added to the list of Russian losses.
A veritable “drone shower” was recorded in the category of operational-tactical-level unmanned aerial vehicles. A record 2,296 UAVs were eliminated over the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of air targets of this type destroyed to an impressive 208,827 units.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine liberated 9 settlements.
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders repelled a large-scale offensive by Russian occupiers, recording a total of 158 combat engagements across the entire front line.
As a reminder, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of high activity by Russian drones.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine also thwarted a Russian offensive planned for March.
