The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck an ammunition depot and six Russian command posts

On August 17 and during the night of August 18, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out strikes against a number of key military targets belonging to Russian forces.

In particular, in Karlivka, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian forces struck an enemy ammunition depot.

Five Russian military UAV command posts were also targeted. They were identified near Ustinka and Zhuravlivka in the Belgorod Region of the Russian Federation, as well as near Novoivanivka, Novoye, and Malye Shcherbakiv in the Zaporizhzhia Region.

Separately, the Defense Forces struck a command post of the Russian occupiers in the Terniv area of Donetsk Oblast.

Thus, the Ukrainian military attacked an ammunition depot and six enemy command posts.

The General Staff emphasized that strikes on key Russian military facilities are continuing.

As a reminder, the Orsk oil refinery in the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation completely halted operations following an attack by Ukrainian drones.

As a reminder, the Russian oil refinery “Orsknefteorgsintez” halted oil processing following an attack by Ukrainian drones on August 11.
