Yemeni army says 30 Houthis killed near Taiz — Anadolu Agency
In Yemen, the government army said that 30 Houthi fighters were killed and more than 60 wounded during 24 hours of fighting and airstrikes in the Al-Waziya area west of Taiz. This was reported by Anadolu Agency, citing a military source quoted by the Armed Forces Media Center.
Strikes in the Al-Waziya area
According to the source, Yemeni military aircraft also attacked Houthi vehicles and gathering sites in the clash zone. Fighting continued along front-line sections in the Al-Waziya area.

Reports of previous operations
Earlier, the army said its aircraft had struck Houthi supply lines and deployment areas in Taiz and the city of Mocha on the Red Sea coast.
Government forces also reported repelling Houthi attacks in Taiz and striking the group's positions and reinforcements. According to the army, in recent days it has intensified strikes on Houthi facilities in several Yemeni provinces, while Taiz remains one of the main areas of hostilities.
