Frontier Airlines to launch three routes from Orlando to Colombia
US low-cost airline Frontier Airlines announced on September 10 plans to begin flights in December 2026 from Orlando in the United States to three Colombian cities — Bogotá, Medellín and Cartagena. All new routes are still subject to approval by government authorities.
Flight schedule
Daily flights to Medellín are set to begin on December 10. Flights to Bogotá are scheduled to start on December 14, initially six times a week and daily from March 6, 2027. Flights to Cartagena will operate once a week starting December 19.
At the start of the program, the carrier plans to operate up to 14 weekly departures from Orlando, and up to 15 after the Bogotá route moves to a daily schedule. Frontier Airlines will use Airbus A320-family aircraft for the flights, AeroTime reports.

Introductory fares
One-way ticket prices under the promotion will start at $99 to Bogotá, $169 to Medellín and $129 to Cartagena. These prices will apply on selected dates from January 14 to April 5, 2027, excluding the period from March 23 to 30. Tickets at promotional fares must be purchased by September 16, 2026.
Frontier Airlines Vice President of Public and Consumer Affairs Tyri Squyres said the airline sees significant currently unmet demand for low-cost travel between Orlando and Colombia.
