Iran says it is ready for a resumption of war with the US — Al Jazeera
In Iran, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said that the country is fully prepared if the war with the United States resumes. According to him, the statement came after Washington rejected Tehran’s proposed seven-day plan to end the war and open the Strait of Hormuz, Al Jazeera English reports.

US President Donald Trump said he expects new negotiations with Iran this week. He also claimed that Washington would win the war “very soon”.
The US military rejected Iran’s claim that its forces had allegedly captured an advanced US underwater drone in the Strait of Hormuz.

In the United Kingdom, five men were arrested near an air base that the United States used for attacks on Iran. They are suspected of offences related to explosives and terrorism.
Medical sources also reported that at least four Palestinians were killed and another 12 people were wounded as a result of Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip on Sunday.
