Iran reports third US drone shot down over Strait of Hormuz — Jerusalem Post
Iran’s state broadcaster IRIB said that Iranian air defenses shot down a US MQ-1 military drone over the Strait of Hormuz. According to the Jerusalem Post, IRIB claims this was the third US drone shot down by Iran on Tuesday.

Incident involving a maritime drone
Separately, Axios, citing US Central Command spokesperson Captain Tim Hawkins, reported on an incident in the strait that occurred on Monday. According to him, Iranian small boats attempted to seize an unmanned US Navy surface vessel that was patrolling the Strait of Hormuz.
Hawkins said that after CENTCOM responded, the vessel remained under the operational control of the United States. He also said that the US destroyed two Iranian small boats in response. Iranian media, according to the Jerusalem Post, portrayed the boats as fishing vessels.
